"Service Engine" light on

I had the cylinder head gasket of my 98 Grand Caravan replaced. Now I have the "Service Engine" light on. sometimes it goes off by itself, but goes on again. The engine goes slightly rough.
I have changed the air filter, fuel filter, and cleaned the throttle body, but the problem does not go away.
Anybody has any idea? Thanks.
