Fuse blows unexpectedly 1999 Grand Caravan

The second fuse from the right, in the internal fuse box (below dash) blows unexpectedly leaving the shifter gear indicators all lighted up. If I turn the car off, it won't start because it doesn't know is in P setting. Once I put a new fuse, everything works normal, but after few minutes the fuse blows again. I tried with a higher amp fuse with no success.
