1998 Dodge Caravan headlights turn on and off on there own. Help!!

The headlights on my 98 cavavan are turning on and off on there own. We have had a few shops look at the van but no one knows what is going on. Any help with this would be great. Email me if you need more info about the van.. Primalrage74@hotmail.com

I am having the same Problem with my 1998 Dodge Caravan. Headlights are Blinking, even with the Headlight Switch in the Off position. The Low Beam relay is clicking continuously.

The Battery was dead this morning.

Please let me know if anyone has advice on this problem.
