Ours is doing the exact same thing. We took it to the dealership to get fixed at 39, 000 miles (of course right after the warranty was over). They said we needed a new air compressor. 2 weeks later, it was still doing the same thing. i am in the process of researching this, so can you tell me how you ended up. thanks

I have 2004 Dodge 2500 diesel and the AC does not cool properly. It blows cool (not cold)most of the time then ocassionaly it will blow cold. The freon is full, and the ccompressor cuts in and out. Also, it only cools out of the drivers side vents. Passengers side vents blow but air is not cool. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

we have a '03 dodge ram 2500 that blew warm at idle. We've replaced the condenser fan and it works again. If you cut the plastic shroud around the ac lines, you do not have to evacuate the system and have it recharged.
