I have a 2004 1500 5.7 litres, i had almost the same problem. i had no parking lights. after i did some extensive trouble shooting i narrow it down to the fuse box itself in the engine compartment. i went to the dealer and i spoke to the mecahanic and he told me that it was a common problem, the water/moisture gets in there and short out parts of the printed circuit board.it is a very common proplem with the trucks around that year. the mecanic said that he saw truch with no signal light, only one head light, no head litgt, no parking light and so on.it is about 450.00 candian to replace it so i installed a mico switch right from the relay and it is working fine for now. i hape this will help you.
