My blower motor stopped working. I can control the temp. and the direction as to which vents the air comes out of, (floor, defrost, or vent). The only thing thats not working is my blower motor. I checked it with a voltimeter and it is only getting 7 volts. I used a jumper wire from the battery to the motor and it is working fine. Where might I be losing the voltage to my blower and would this be causing my problem?

On my dodge ram, the e-brake, ABS, and airbag light is on and my AC doesnt work, do you have any suggestions on what it could be?. I had it put on a analyzer machine like 7 times and all it came up with was the speed sensor. I had chaged it and nothing has changed. I went as far as changing the computer. Please help!

I have exactly the same problem as Kenny (Ans 2) everything works fine in air and heat except the fan blower motor will not run, the switch seems to work and the motor will run from another source of current. Any assistance will be appreciated. CarlN

My heater blows cold on drivers side (upper & lower vents) and warm on passenger. Recently installed new thermostat. Appears as though vents are opening and closing properly.

I have a 2002 Dodge V6 pickup truck. Recently my a.c. has stopped working when the truck is sitting still, like at a red light. It still blows, just not cool air. But once you start moving again, it gets cold. What's the deal??

New domestic products due out for 2010: A redesigned Dodge Charger, Chrysler 300 & Jeep Grand Cherokee...a new Unibody (instead of body-on-frame) Dodge Durango…plus the Dodge Ram dual-mode hybrid and Chrysler’s EV are also in the works, with production coming in 2010 or shortly after.

A/C air flow is less than normal at all speeds. A/C fan noise is excessive at all speeds. Air temp is cooling ok it seems, but lessened air flow is not adequate for proper cooling and excessive noise is a real nuisance. 2001 Dodge Ram Laredo 1500 with 5.9L

I have a 1998 Dodge Ram 4x4 1500 truck. I have had more work done on the air conditioner than the entire truck. The air blowes out of the vents ok, until I accelorate, then it starts blowing thru the defrost. When i let off the gas then it starts blowing out the vents. Why is this? And why is it I hear A LOT of complaints about these air problems?

My 02 ram 2500 diesel air conditioner will blow cold until you apply brakes and then will blow heat. My t-stat will only control either cold or hot not in between.

2004 Dodge Ram, same prob as a lot of readers - cold air on driver's side and very little air coming out of passenger side and what's there is kind of warm. The blower sounds like a jet engine when it's on high. It turned out to be a broken hinge on the fresh air door.

My 2005 Ram 1500 QC blower motor quit and I found the problem to be in the ignition wiring harness, I found the prob after it cought fire !!!! check the harness attached to the ignition key module attached to the steering column. it will be the large gauge blue wire on the end of the connector. as long as I crack the window and cruise @ about 80mph I have cold air!!!

I have a 2002 1500 Dodge Ram and I am having the same problem with my A/C. It used to run and get cold only while the truck was in motion but not whiule stopped. Then the A/C would only work on the driver's side of the truck and not the passenger's side. Now, it only blows hot air. What's up with these trucks components? Should I take it to a professional or save my $? Oscar.

To the guys with the dodge where the ac blows hot at stops or low speeds and great at high speeds, CHANGE THE FAN CLUTCH, this should work. i had the same problem, :) hope this helps

My AC blows warm whenever I stop, then usually starts to cool when I move but sometimes just stays warm no matter what. I can make it start cooling again if I turn off the AC for awhile then turn it back on. Servicing my AC made it last longer but it still fails eventually.
