99 Dodge 1500 pick-up stalling problems.

I have been having trouble with my pick-up for the past month and a half. It starts to stall(or acts like it wants to go in neutral)when I have to drive 30 mile and hour or below, usually behind slow traffic. I do well when I can drive 35 mile and hour or above. If I come to a complete stop I can resume driving without a problem. But if I am forced to slow down at 30 or below that's where my trouble starts.

I took it to an auto shop to do a diagnostic testing and no codes showed up. My maintaince indicator light does not come on...ever. The mechanic drove the truck and of course nothing happened. I had to drive the truck with the mechanic with me so I could show him what the truck was doing. I don't really think it's the transmission because it still pulls and turns on. But I might be wrong. If it is idle too long it will shut off though.

Already took it to a service shop at a Dodge dealership earlier this summer. They found everything wrong with it. Put too much money into this truck for it to be acting like this.

Does anyone have a clue what might be going on?
