Hi all, I have a '64 A100 truck with the 2 bbl. intake & Carter BBD carb. and auto. trans. I need whatever linkage was used to attach the kick-down rod to carb. & whatever was used to attach the throttle cable to carb. Even if anyone can just send me some pics of the set-up, i can probably make what's needed. I appreciate any help given! --Randy
