I have fuel at the rail but no power to the injector harness?!?! Please Help!

I have a 2000 Neibra(?) Dawoo. It has been eatting gas like drinking water. I put $25.00 in it and in two days its back on "E". I drove no more than 15 miles. Can't smell gas or see a leak. All filters have been changed and serviced. Need to know of something else that may need to be checked. HELP!
