On my 58 packard hawk I only have 12 in. vacuum going to the hdrovac at idle. The brake booster has been overhauled and checks out ok. At low speeds the brake pedal is very hard and the brakes hang up for a second or two. Is there any thing out there that can increase engine vacuum at idle?
