Buz...I have a 1953 Studebaker Commander Starliner Regal (no center post) with little or no rust, can't find a wrinkle in the body and APPEARS to have 25000 miles. The only rust that I can see is the rear bumper and some of the other bright work. Interior is very nice and all glass is good. it has been sitting up for a few years but, I drove it and parked it where it is. e-mail me

My Dad, who will be 82 this year, would love to have a 53

Studebaker. He had a Pink and Black one when I was a baby.

I drive a Mustang rag-top myself, and am very happy with it.

I'd like to help him enjoy whatever time he has left by buying

him his dream! There must be someone out there with a 53 to sell! Please contact!

1953 Starliner Commander Search: Having spent 8 years in South Bend (Double Domer), and having toured the Avanti II manufacturing facility back in the late 70s, at some point I need a Studebaker. Any leads on a 1953 would be much appreciated. Not mechanically inclined so big project would be beyond my skill set. Thanks.
