I can't turn off and remove the key when the car is put in park..it will turn off the motor but not the accessorie and you can't remove the key..you can wiggle the shifter and finally get it off and out. The recall on the park problem was done but did not help.

my 1997 sebring wont start.the battery is fully charged lights work windows go up and down blowers work put roof wont go up or down.we where thinking it has something to do with the car not reconizing that it is in park
