Will not turn over

I have a 98 Seabring Jxi Convert. and I have a similar problem as above. Car will not turn over however everything works and is fully charged, but turn the key and all idiot lights come on but will not turn over. Any ideas??

i have a 98 chryler sebring and the same problem you're having i'm having. it has been to the shop 3 times and they still cant tell me whats the problem. it doesnt turnover maybe we need to contact the dealer cause this is ridiculous!
