Well my husband had that problem of the car not starting. He tried getting a jump but that also did not help. Someone at his work mentioned a fuse. I had no idea that a fuse would prevent a car from starting, yet it did. He switched it out with another fuse and it turned right on. He bought another fuse to replace the blown out one and it has happened again. Where the car will not start and the fuse is blown again. He does not know exactly what fuse it is for as we do not have a diagram anywhere to tell us. Hope this helps someone.

had the same problem with my 97 sebring not turning over. my mechanic checked it out for a few days then said my distributor was why it wasnt working. he fixed that and now shes running...but also check the crank sensor that might be another reason why. but those two i would check if i was you.

own a 98 sebring convertible, runs great except sometimes it won't turn over. Let it sit for an hour and it starts right up. Will run for a few days then won't turn over again. What gives?
