Chevrolet-Venture - Water in Floorboards

I am having trouble with water collecting in my floorboards on both the driver and passenger sides, but I can't tell where it is coming from. I just bought the van this year and it was owned only by the dealer and I have all maintenance records so I don't think that it has been neglected. I have pulled up the carpet and sucked the water out , but it never seems to go away. I first noticed the floors getting wet when I started using the AC, but if it is the AC how do I fix it? I don't have a lot of money to spend to pay a mechanic so any help would be grateful. It also seems more wet when you put the air split between the floor and above.

We got the same problem with our 2002 Venture we bought used a few month ago. We had a hole in the roof together with a cracked windshield and after a very heavy rain some weeks ago we had the same problem (wet floorboards on both sides). We put tape over the hole and dried the floor mats but now water collected again. Thus we figured it is not the hole in the roof. We don't know yet what the problem is but hope to find out very soon.

Sunroof, roof windshield not installed well is a good place tpo start... Check a/c drain hose and heater core (should see rubber hose under pass side that sometimes gets clogged up...
