| It seems like there is not an easy way to unlock the car radio but the next procedure: 1: Turn the ignition switch to ON. At this point the radio should display "LOC". If it displays "INOP", you should wait for about 60 minutes. 2: Hold down the radio presets 2 and 3 (or 1 and 4) buttons for about six seconds. 3: The Radio display changes from "LOC" to a three-digit number. Write this number down. You now have 15 seconds to complete the next step. 4: Press the AM/FM button. 5: The radio display changes to another three-digit number. Write this number to the right of the first one. 6: You have a six-digit number, the first three-digit are from step 3: and the last three-digit are from step5: 7: Call to phone: 1-800-537-5140 8: Press 1 then #. YouŽll hear "Invalid Code, Tray Again" 9: Press any of the following numbers: 139010 106010 206010 or 202107, then #. YouŽll be asked to enter your four or six digit code followed by * (Asterisk) 10: Enter the number from step 6: then * (asterisk) 11: Listen to the Four-Digit Number (this is the good one)and write it down. It will be repeted twice. 12: Turn the ignition switch ON (the radio display LOC) 13: Use the MN (minute) and HR (Hour) buttons to enter the code from step 11: 14: Press the AM/FM button. The Radio changes to "SEC". At this point, the radio will work just fine. Now you have the chance to Disable the Theft-Deterrent Feature as it is indicated at the OwnerŽs Manual. |
