2000 TAHOE Z71 RR BRAKE/SIGNAL LIGHT

My Chilton manual says that a rapid flashing of turn indicator indicates a bad bulb. It ain't the bulb, replaced with new. Brake light and signal light on RR won't work, LR is fine. RF signal works, found RF marker/signal was bad - replaced now marker works, still no go on RR brake/signal.

Any ideas?

have a problem with fuse blowing, 20 amp. for the tail lights, dash lights, parking lights and the both blinkers don, t work.not sure what i need for parts to fix all these problems or what is causing them at least?
