Whinning noise around 35-45 and 65 mph when coasting. When foot is off pedal it stops. What is this?

I have an 00 chevy blazer same problem low on gear oil due to bad seal around yoke. cause may be from running 4 wheel drive above 45'mph for extended period of time overheating seal blowing it out now leaking fluid.due not run unit low will blow out diff unit and gears.aprox 280 to fix bad seal labor included

i had the same thing the rear end blew that is what is going on oh mine is a 99
