Hi, we just bought an Chevy Suburban 1995 K1500 with Choo Choo Customs decals. We want to repaint the car, is this car a special editions, because if so, we want to keep it this way. Please more info about our car. Thanks, Steve

The Choo Choo conversion was installed by a aftermarket Van conversion Company. You wont find it in any of gm brochures. they would add Fat wheels, fat tires, running boards, stripe packages & custom interiors. Go ahead and customize it as you like it, and enjoy.

Steve, I recently also purchased a '95 Chevy Suburban with the choo-choo custom package. Very rare vehicles. Choo-Choo was more known for fancy Ford & Chevy El Caminos, vans, and pick-ups. The company also made handicap accessible vans, and now are reportedly building electric? trolley cars for the city of Chatanooga, Tennessee. If your truck is in good condition, it may be worth keeping as original as possible. Mine is just a nice week-end warrior for the family. Unlike most other 'conversion vans', this vehicle was officially 'built' by Choo-Choo Customs, and not Chevrolet. The door I.D. and DMV paperwork may indicate this. Nothing too special, just lots & lots of options & aftermarket parts, with a fancy paintjob. Must have been pretty slick when it was new ... Hope this helps, Chris

Thanks for the info,

we added our website, there you can find some pictures on our site of the vehicle, we just bought it there and where busy to clean everything, we also added some new things. We had resently to change the gearbox and now we have to refresch the engine, but it still stays a cool car for us!!
