Chevrolet-Silverado 2500 Pickup -
2000 Silverado 2500, mirror temp readout

Temp readout in the mirror always reads 0C. Compass feature still works correctly. Where's the darn temp sensor hidden? Anyone have any troubleshooting tips?

On my '01 2500 HD Duramax, the sensor is located on the lower right side of the grill opening, mounted on a crossmember in front of the radiator/coolers. I relocated mine to be behind one of the bumper openings because when I have the winter front on it does not provide an acturate readout.
