Chevrolet-Silverado 1500 Pickup -
1994 Chevrolet silverado fan ticking

I have a 1994 Chevrolet Silverado pickup. Whenever i turn on/off the truck, there is a ticking noise coming from the fan area. I just replaced the blower motor, but this did not take care of the ticking noise. Is this a relay issue? if so, where is this relay located?
