sometimes the transmision will shift hard in first.auto trans.you have to shut truck off and restart.when put in gear feels like trans is comin through the floor.

It sounds like your transmissions sincros are going bad or your fluid is getting low or it could also be a dirty throttle body in the transmission check those things first if you have any more problems email me at draco18x@hotmail.com s10 are my speciality
