Chevrolet-S10 Pickup - S10 4.3ltr runs rough when started for about 15min

I have a 92 S10 Pickup, 4.3ltr 5speed stick. When started runs real rich and engine just lopes like I have a big cam in it. After about 15 minutes, as if a switch was turned on, it just smoothes out and runs fine. I've replaced all sensors, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, computer, egr valve, vacume lines, O2 sensor, everything I can think of except the actual throttle body fuel injection unit and the fuel pump. Any suggestions I'm at my wits end.

Most likely the IAC (Idle Air Control)valve on the throttle body. Costs about $75 new but DONT get used or junk - the OEM had a serious fault that causes your symptoms. It can also cause the vehicle to go FULL THROTTLE at startup - I almost got killed because of this, and have done a lot of research. Almost every junker in the scrap yard had this item busted. You can tell if it is bad - a good one will screw in and out easilly, a back one is stiff or stuck (you can check this once removed.)
