i installed a 1995 blazer 4.3 motor in a 1996 s10 pickup and am having what seems to be timing problem? When you try to start it , it seems like it is way out of time and if and when it finally gets started it levels out and runs fine. I have the 96 distributor in the motor and the 96 computer on board. the fuel body is from the 95 motor. any help with this starting problen would be greatly appreciated.

i have a 96 s-10ss and mine was doin just about the same. mine was vacume leaks but it could be somethind electronical.
