1985 s 10 4 2.5 efi

i have an 85 s10 with a 2.5 motor it idles and runs fine up to 35 mph but then it starts to spit and spuder and will not get up to 55mph i have changed plugs coil wires rotor cap ignition mod idle air check vaule compter vaccumm hoses i just cant figure it out please help thank you
