I have a 97 Chevy blazer, 4 wheel drive with a 4.3. I was having a problem with the vents, they would randomly select and change themselves from what was selected. As well While driving, when the blower is on in any mode... it started clicking and clinking from time to time like a solenoid was going out or something.

Tonight I tried the heat/defrost... it blew... but no heat now.

The motor and everything are like new and all the ac underhood is new and great... this clunking is new though... from about 2 months.

Any help on this matter or how to fix it would be appreciated, thank you in advance.

I know this might be a vacuum advance or some other switching issue... so please point me towards where to look / what to replace.

my 97 blazer new to me electric three button switch for four wheel drive i read owners manual truck does shift into low range but no front wheel drive allis quiet drives great just left me stuck on wet grass at family dinner all got good chuckel on me also the electric door locks seem to have a mind of ther own was looking truck over with brother and the doors were locking and unlocking all on ther own i keep keys with me at all times 75 % chasnce it will lock up after i walk away from it any sugestions would be great i really do like the truck
