Hi, I'm looking for a Monte Carlo SS in average to excellent condition. I'm most concerned about the body / shell, and chassie / frame (minimal rust). Basically the engine, rear axle, brakes, steering, suspention, and most other components really don't matter to me because I'm going to overhaul this old beast. I'm from Windsor, Canada (right across the border from Detroit) and we see a lot of snow, salt and all kinds of bad weather, so thats why I'm searching for a car in a more southern location.

I have one in Azle,Tx. willed to me was driven until one year ago. Some cracks in dash and one dent behind right front wheel.

needs chrome strip on right side door. I am not lying, was driven by 80 yr woman to post office. Probably never been washed. We bought tires for her and had it serviced. Needs good cleaning, posishing and tune up. Odometer shows +/- 80,000 miles but I know that the engine has been replaced.
