Chevrolet-Lumina - Chug and Stall

I have a 93 Lumina, great car and don't want to loose it. However it has developed a problem no one can seem to find. When it's cold it runs great, when it's warm, if I accelerate too fast it chugs and stalls...I have had new plugs and wires, exhaust (converter) tested and 1 coil changed but really don't want to put more money in it if they can't find the problem but it's a good car and would like to keep it. Any Ideas what is causing this? Any help would really be appreciatedCindy

Like somebody mentioned the cover of the crank position sensor wires got melted down.... Replaced the sensor and I´m back in the street. Make sure you have the right tools to pull out the harmonic balancer, my got damaged so have to buy a new one.

Dan Hall'Had similar problem w/95 lumina 3.4 ended up being the throttle position sensor. Something about them is rough. I bought three OEM sensors before I got one that worked. Good luck.
