Chevrolet-Express Van -
Ignition stay's on after turning off the key Express van

I have a problem with a 1998 express chev full sise van.

When I turn off ignition the dash stays powered up the headlights stay on and the Door Tone stays on as if the key is still in Indicators, and wipers stay working
