Chevrolet-Express Van -
2004 chevy 3500 express,6.0 liter runs rich

i have a 2004 chevy express van with a 6.0 liter. it is running to rich on bank 2, but normal on bank 1. i changed out all the 02 sensors an it didnt help. all the spark plugs are carbon fouled on bank 2. it runs fine under load when driving, but idles rough. smokes black when i race the motor or accellorate hard. anybody know what is causing the problem? check engine light is on too, also puts out various codes but the change all the time so cant pinpoint. HELP!!!!!!
