I ave a 2003 cavalier it started to over heat like it would of the thermostat was not functioning so i took apart the housing and tested it and it worked in reinstalling the thermostat i managed to break something that looks like an adapter from my outlet pipe to my thermostat housing the pipe runs form the water pump to the housing and i odrered the pipe with the ends look all wrong so im suessing what i am sweeing is an adapter??
