Chevrolet-Camaro - Curious w-chat a basic 69 Camaro is worth

I have a 1969 Camaro that was originally a 6-cylinder automatic. The car is still an automatic (350) with a 396 engine and power steering. The engine is nothing fancy. The car is in pretty good condition with some rust in the rear quarters and doors. I have tried to research what its value might be, but I have not had much luck. Most of the cars out there have been fully restored. If anyone has any rough idea of what the range of value might be, I would appreciate your feedback. I live in Washington state. I don't know what is considered the best way to sell an average Camaro. Is the Internet the way to go? Thanks

HELLLOOOO!Is this site still active? If there's anybody out there who knows about Camaros, and has any advice, I'd like to hear from you. I've had my 69 Camaro for 15 years now and want to sell it. It's a 327 Coupe, automatic, pretty good on gas, shifter on the column. It took me three years of looking to find this car. It's exactly what I wanted: a car that had never been altered. It is all original, #s match has 96000 original miles on it, has no rust, I store it in the winter and don't drive it in the rain. It's garaged. It's not a show car. The paint job is not fresh, but still looks good, the interior is good, I took very good care of it, I drive it gently and the motor is very fresh, tight and doesn't burn oil. It has new tires, hoses and runs great. I wonder how much I can ask for the car. It's insured for 10, 000$ and I was told I could get 12-15, 000$ for it. What do you think?

although I'm a huge Camaro fan, I wish I could be more help to you as far as how much you could sell for. I'm confident it's actually going to be worth alot more than you can sell it for, but I am curious.

hello everyone, I'd love to see a picture of your Camaro, then I may be a better judge of what it may sell for. Do you have any good photos of it, or have you sold it now? Thanks and have a great weekend!

Hey Guys, Question is, What's my Camaro worth? It's a 1969, one owner. Has 63, 000 original miles. Original paperwork. My wife bought it new and it has never been wrecked. We had it painted about 5 yrs. ago to original forest green. Original vinyle top. No rust -- anywhere. Always garaged. Motor -- 307 auto. Detailed under hood. Console w/bucket seats. Interior original except for new steering wheel and dash pad. The only thing not original is that I replaced the 14" tires/rims with Corvette 15" ralleys. Lemme' know what you think. Bert W.

If your any of these 1969 camaros have disc brakes and original everything or almost everything. You are looking to get big bucks for the car. Don't let a car collector fool you into thinking otherwise. The disc brakes in the 1969's is a hot commodity.

Does anyone have an idea of what a 1969 camaro with a vintage correct (but not numbers matching) 427 engine is worth. the car looks to be in great shape with nice lines, fresh interior and a real nice paint job.thanks!
