as like the other people i put a new battery on and now the radio is locked have the code also instructions to press the 1 and 4 buttons then hr button but nothing is working could anyone give me some suggestions please asap

changed the battery in my 95 chevy blazer and my radio says loc now can anyone help!!!! this happened before an i found a website ... not so fortunate this time.
