94 lumina apv charging system- need help

problem with charging system: This vehicle will only show this problem intermittently. Here are the symptoms: Will not charge battery, no daytime driving lights, no heater fan, ABS light stays on.

This is what I have tried:

- Checked alternator voltage and amps: volts=15.5,

amps=35

- Checked battery: fully charged

- Checked power at starter and solenoid to make

sure power was going through them: both ok

- Checked all ground wires and battery leads:

All ok

- Checked all visible wires for breaks: none found

- Checked all fuses: All ok

Any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you.

P.S. I am not a very good mechanic
