Brake Light problem

Any suggestions to correct a brake light problem with my 2003 Silverado 2500 HD pickup? Noticed a non working brake light, right side. Replaced the bulb and fuse with no results.

Because the lamp housings are plastic, they need a seperate ground wire. Check to make sure you have a good solid ground wire connection to the bed.
