1994 k1500 5.7 flooding problem..bring your boat

I have a 1994 K1500 with a 5.7 I took out of an '89. Everything went in smooth but it was loading up bad. I replaced the Idle Air Control Valve, TPS, MAP sensor, Rotor Cap, Distributor cap, Plugs and Wires and Fuel Filter but it still does it. I replaced my stuck EGR..twice. The only way it is even drivable is to take the vacuum line off the EGR but it still loads up under heavier throttle and idling. 3 EGRs, not all should be bad. Any ideas??
