Chevrolet-1500 Pickup -
1989 C1500 won't start

I have a 1989 C1500 4.3 that won't start. Was driving, stopped, got back in and wouldn't start. Luckily was on a hill and could roll start (manual 5 speed) to get home. Battery, starter replaced last fall and alternator is no more than 2 years old. Had all tested and all are good. Got a full charge on battery. Replaced the positive battery cable. When I turn the key all lights come on, and there is a clicking sound coming from the starter, but won't turn over. Turned the crankshaft so I know the engine isn't seized.
